I recently started going to Alliance Dental Group, and have visited twice now. The staff is very friendly. The office is clean and comfortable, and has a spacious waiitng area. The treatment rooms are significantly smaller, but not uncomfortably so. It makes for a very personal setting. The Dentist was friendly, informative, and took time to explain what he was doing/going to do. He was open to answering questions and I did not feel rushed. The absolute BEST part of this experience has been, Brooke - the Dental Assistant/Hygienist. She is amazing! Clearly she does her homework because when I came back for my second visit she remembered to call me by my preferred name (nickname), she recalled that I was getting braces after my first visit, she is thorough and effective in taking care of my teeth/mouth. She is friendly and gives feedback and answers questions easily. This office makes you feel like a valued patient and not just another number. You get quality treatment and a great personal experience. I highly recommend this group for your dental treatment.

What a great dentist! I had my first follow up after my 1st ever implants and Dr Straughan and his staff were so great! The follow up went perfect with zero issues and my implants are healing super. The Dr and his staff made me feel so at home and comfortable that I feel lucky to have found them right here in Mooresville!

Just had my first visit today. Staff was wonderful: patient, thorough and kind. Went in for a cleaning but ended up needing to fill two cavities. Dr. Straughan made time to fit me into his schedule so I could get it all done in one day. I highly recommend this practice!

I recently saw Dr. Straughan and my experience was the best I have ever had at a dentist office. He was nice, gentle when working and what made the experience just over the top great was he was quick. I went in for a cleaning and had a cavity and he knocked out my filling in 20 minutes. It was absolutely a wonderful trip to the dentist. He did great work and I actually walked out of the office in a good mood. Can’t say I have ever done that before. I would highly recommend him. I moved an hour away but I will definitely be making the drive to continue seeing Dr. Straughan!

This wasn't my first visit to the dentist office. I'm a regular...have been for years now. (For routine cleanings, x-ray's, Etc.) I had a small cavity to have filled. (Believe I've only had two in my lifetime....) So I'll admit I was a bit nervous about the experience....wasn't sure or could recall any discomfort with the procedure. But before, during and after the visit - I was impressed at how quickly it was taken care of. Zero pain or discomfort. Thanks to the Dentist and his assistant...Would recommend this office for your dental needs!
